Job Description
Job Summary:
- Carry out investigations regarding complaints and find solution to those complaints within a reasonable period of time.
- Investigate customer complaints involving disputes between neighbours or related matters, make recommendations to the management and provide feedback to the customers
- Provide clear and detailed advice in response to queries and enforcement of legislation and management regulations to a broad range of stakeholders.
- Take action where necessary to ensure compliance with relevant legislation, including the preparation and service of statutory notices, orders and demands in accordance with prescribed forms and procedures.
- Write and maintain report on all cases in an effective and timely manner
Benefits
Remuneration: Salary Package will be based on qualifications and experience.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Certificate in Social Studies and two years of related working experience
- Must possess Driving
- Physically fit, able to work do field work
