Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily maintenance and repair activities to ensure all systems and facilities are operating efficiently.
- Assist in planning and executing preventive maintenance programs for electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Lead and support the engineering team, providing guidance and hands-on assistance when needed.
- Monitor energy usage and implement efficiency measures to reduce costs and environmental impact.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, fire codes, and health standards.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and equipment performance.
- Work closely with other departments to support hotel operations and guest satisfaction.

Job Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within engineering, maintenance, or facilities management (preferably in a hotel or resort).
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
- Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and preventive maintenance programs.
- Basic computer skills for reporting and record-keeping.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
