The Property Management Corporation (PMC) is seeking motivated and results-driven candidates for the post of Estate Supervisor, to support PMC’s strategic objective of efficient estate management, timely maintenance delivery, and improved tenant satisfaction.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor maintenance and repair works to ensure quality, timeliness, and value for money.
- Conduct regular site inspections and submit accurate reports in line with PMC performance standards.
- Monitor contractors’ performance and ensure compliance with PMC specifications and timelines.
- Respond to tenants’ maintenance issues and complaints to support service delivery KPIs.
- Assist in maintenance planning, costing, and implementation of approved programmes.
- Maintain proper records and contribute to accountability and performance monitoring.

Job Requirements
Requirements
- Diploma in Construction or related field OR minimum three (3) years’ relevant experience.
- Basic IT and reporting skills.
- Valid Driving License (Class 2).
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
