ESTATE SUPERVISOR
Job Description
Job Summary:
- Monitor the implementation of repairs and maintenance programs of the corporation estates and properties by contractors in an effective manner.
- Advice tenants of the proper keeping of their houses and related amenities.
- Prepare reports/detailed yearly schedules for maintenance works required on the Corporation’s estate and properties.
- Represent the corporation in its dealings with outside bodies, institutions, contractors or individuals, etc.
- Attend to queries relating to maintenance needs or complaints.
- Seek quotations for maintenance to be carried out as per yearly program or for any other miscellaneous maintenance requirements.
- Monitor contractor’s work delegated on the rented properties and advise them on unprofessional work and report to immediate supervisor for anything beyond control.
- Prepare costing estimates for the Section’s projects
- Undertake site visit and submit report assessment upon examination and assessment of the construction work for quality control purposes.
Benefits
Remuneration: Salary Package will be based on qualifications and experience.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Diploma in Construction plus one-year relevant working experience
- Must possess Driving license Driving License class 2
