Job Description
Summary of the Main Duties and Responsibilities.
To direct and guide the complete food production, services and stewarding team in providing a consistent quality and cost-effective food services in all outlets, as per international and hotel set standards, in order to achieve the maximum level of guest satisfaction and hotel’s profitability in an atmosphere of high employee morale.
As the overseer of the complete food operations, the overall reputation and success is the sole responsibility of the Executive Chef. The creation of fantastic and memorable dining experiences for all guests should be constant and largely contribute to the success of the hotel operations.

Minimum Job Entry Requirements
Qualifications
- Diploma in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage Management, or Culinary.
- Certification in food safety and hygiene.
Experience
- Previous experience as Executive Chef or Chef de Cuisine in luxury hotels/resorts in Seychelles or Maldives.
- Proven expertise in buffet, à la carte, and banquet operations.
- Strong leadership in multicultural environments with a focus on sustainability and innovation.
