Position: Beach Soccer National Team coach
The Seychelles Football Federation (SFF) invites applications from qualified and passionate individuals for the position of coach of the Senior Men Beach Soccer National Team on a short-term basis.
POSITION OVERVIEW
The coach will be responsible for the technical leadership, preparation, and performance of the Senior Men’s Beach Soccer National Team for the 2026 season. The focus will be on preparing the senior men’s national team for participation in AFCON Beach Soccer 2026 qualifiers and the COSAFA Beach Soccer Championship 2026.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience as coach or senior assistant coach in beach soccer or football at club/national level
- Strong knowledge of beach soccer tactics, rules, and player conditioning
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
ADVANTAGE
- CAF Coaching License or equivalent Beach Soccer coaching certification
- Previous experience in beach soccer competitions
- Degree/Diploma in Sports Science, Physical Education, or related field
TERMS OF CONTRACT
Duration: Short term
Remuneration: Depending on experience
INTERVIEW REQUIREMENT
Shortlisted candidates will be required to deliver a short presentation to the SFF Beach Soccer Committee on their proposed technical program, player development plan, and competition strategy for the team for the 2026 season.
