EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

The Seychelles Parks and Gardens Authority (SPGA) is inviting suitably qualified Law Firms or Individuals to provide their EOI for “Legal Services”. The EOI is expected to lead to a “Request for Proposal” (RFP) for the above-mentioned services from the listed applicants

1. Represent the interest of the Authority in legal matters related to employment
2. Provide legal advice on such to the Authority
3. Perform conveyancing works
4. Execution of legal documents

CONDITIONS:

Please note that: –

• A bid on the rate per month should be submitted for providing legal services asper above.
• The bid period should be for a period of 2 years with the option to renew.

Interested parties should submit the following documents as listed below:

1. Detailed company profile
2. Proof of verifiable previous experiences of similar services.
3. Copies of registration certificate and valid business licenses.

Deadline

All bid proposals should be submitted in a sealed envelope marked:

“Expression of Interest for “LEGAL SERVICES” and deposited in the tender box at the reception area of the SPGA Office, second floor, Orion Mall building, not later than 2pm (Seychelles time) on Friday 5th July 2024. Bids submitted after the deadline will not be considered. All bids will be opened on the same date at 2pm at the SPGA conference room. All bidders are invited to the bid opening.
