Expression of Interest – Operation of Staff shop
Kempinski Seychelles Resort is inviting suitable and qualified businesses to submit an Expression of Interest (EIO) to operate and manage a staff shop located at our premises.
The successful operator will be expected to provide a convenient and reliable service to our employees, offering a range of essential everyday product at reasonable prices.
Key Requirements;
- Previous experience in retail or shop management
- Ability to provide suitable range of essential products
- Reasonable pricing and reliable product availability
- Good standards of hygiene, cleanliness and presentation
- Excellent customer service
- Sound stock management practices
- Compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and company requirements
- Ability to operate shop during agreed operating hours
Expression of interest should include
- Company / business profile or individual detail, includes and not limited to company registration certificate, business license, Tax clearance certificate
- Relevant experience
- Proposed product range with pricing
- Proposed operating hours and confirmation of manning to support the operation
- Confirmation that the business is in compliance with all applicable laws
