Job Description

Accountabilities

The job stands for:

• Under the responsibility of and with the Finance Supervisor, preparing the daily control on sales on a share basis for ISPC SEYCHELLES.
• Under the responsibility of and with the Internal auditor, preparing debtors reconciliation and sending statements at the end of the month and at the request of the customers.
• Assist with the collection and management of customer account balances.
• Following up of the cash reconciliation on the ISPC Franchise outlets.
• All Other task required by the Finance Director.

Key Competences

In order to execute key tasks of the job properly, following key competences are required:

• AAT Diploma in Business Studies and Accounting and experience in the field for minimum 5 years or ACCA diploma
• Team spirit

• Integrity, Autonomy
• Proficient in Excel
• Sense of Analysis
