Job Requirement
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. ACCA, CPA, CMA or equivalent certification preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant finance or accounting experience, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or senior accounting role.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controls.
- Proficiency with systems (e.g., QuickBooks, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Competencies: Detail-oriented, problem-solving mind-set, high integrity, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
