Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collation, preparation and interpretation of management accounts and financial statements.
• Preparation and tracking of company’s budget
• Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans.
• Prepare product costing and profitability.
• Develop trends and projections for the company’s finan
• Preparation for external and internal Audits
• Coordination and supervising the preparation of monthly audit file
• Implementation of internal control systems.
• Management of company’s treasury function.
• Develop standard operating procedures for finance department
• Ensure compliance with regulations (Taxation, licensing, insurance etc)
• Meeting deadlines for management accounts, budgets and any tasks assigned.
• Staff training and supervision
