Seychelles Commercial Bank is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Finance Manager to support the Head of Finance in advancing the Bank’s financial strategy. This pivotal role encompasses budgeting, financial reporting, performance management, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership in finance operations and deliver analytical insights to support strategic decision-making.
Job Description
Key Focus and Responsibilities:
- Strategic financial planning and execution
- Preparation and oversight of financial reporting
- Leadership and development of the finance team
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards
- Oversight of investment activities
- Bridging strategic objectives with operational implementation
Job Requirement
Education, Competencies & Work Experience
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or ACCA Level 3 (or equivalent)
- A minimum of two (2) years of managerial experience in a finance-related role
- Strong analytical capabilities and proven leadership skills
