Job Description

In search of a dynamic, energetic, open-minded candidate to be responsible for assisting with financial planning and budgeting processes, analysing financial statements and reports, developing financial models, preparing projections, and performing research and analysis as may be required by leadership. Additionally, responsible for providing other corporate teams with financial guidance and assisting with monthly close processes, external reporting, external audits and process improvements.

This role supports the implementation and adherence to accounting policies set by the Management. It acts as a key contact to departmental heads in collecting and sharing information necessary for internal controls and timely monthly reporting schedules. Candidate must have great work character, maintaining adherence to compliance of policies and work standards at all time.

Job Requirements

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business studies or any related course.
• Studying towards a postgraduate in accounting, finance and/or relevant professional qualification (e.g., Chartered Accountant (CA, ACCA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA))
• 3-5 years of work experience in financial analysis and reporting
• Knowledge in Finance division in the Telecommunication industry
• Experience of financial and accounting standards and procedures
• ERP related knowledge

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent and strong knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication skills
• Good analytical skills
• Good knowledge of financial accounting systems, procedures and functions.
