Job Description
Job Summary
Responsible for ensuring that Seychelles remains compliant to its international obligations and policies.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating with SFA Managers to ensure international compliance and obligations are always adhered to
- Assisting in administering all phases of resource management planning
- Contributing to the preparation of fisheries policy papers
- Liaising with other unit within SFA to implement guideline and standards for research, data collection for management of fishery resources
- Providing inputs for consideration on permit requests and new license applications

Job Requirements
Education (Special Knowledge)/Qualifications
BSC in Fisheries Science and/or any related field is essential.
Experience
Minimum 3 years of relevant field work experience in Fisheries related development project of Government, NGO, or Private Sector/Minimum 2 years of relevant management experience
Essential
Driving License Class 2.
