Job Description
Summary of the Main Duties and Responsibilities.
To direct and guide the daily operations of the Food and Beverage department, ensuring the highest level of hospitality, service, and product quality in accordance with international standards. The role is to focus on maximizing guest satisfaction, achieving organizational profitability, and fostering an atmosphere of high employee morale. The Food and Beverage Manager ensures prompt, courteous, and personalized service delivered by a motivated and dynamic team.

Job Requirements
Minimum Requirements
- A Degree / Advanced Diploma in Hotel Management or Food and Beverage Management.
- Plus minimum of four years proven work experience as Asst F&B Manager in an upscale / deluxe resort with multiple outlets.
- Should have strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in hotel accountancy, cost control, and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in hotel accountancy, cost control, and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of French and other foreign languages is an advantage.
- Good physical condition and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
