Job Description
Summary of the Main Duties and Responsibilities.
The Food & Beverage Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of all F&B Outlets and Banquets & Events that is, the restaurant, bar, room service, conference room and mini bar to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction, efficient service, and adherence to the hotel’s four-star service standards. The supervisor leads the team by example, ensuring that all guests receive friendly, professional, and personalized service while maintaining high levels of hygiene, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.

Job Requirements
Minimum job entry requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
Education
Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Operations, or related field.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Food & Beverage operations.
- At least 1 year in a supervisory role within a four-star or five-star hotel.
- Experience in restaurants, bars, and banquet operations.
