Job Description
Summary of the Main Duties and Responsibilities.
The Front Office Manager is responsible for leading and managing all Front Office operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences while maximizing operational efficiency and revenue. The role oversees Reception, Concierge, Guest Relations, Bell Services, Cashiering and Driver Operations, ensuring all services are delivered in accordance with the hotel’s standards, policies, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
The Front Office Manager is responsible for developing a highly motivated, service-oriented team,
maintaining excellent interdepartmental communication, ensuring accurate guest profiling within the hotel
PMS, and driving continuous improvement in guest satisfaction.

Job Requirements
Education
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management or Tourism Management.
- Additional certifications in Leadership or Customer Service are advantageous.
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years’ Front Office experience in a four- or five-star hotel.
- Minimum of 2–3 years in a supervisory or management role.
- Experience using Opera PMS or similar hotel property management systems.
- Experience managing multicultural teams.
