Job Description

Responsible for all aspects of operations at the hotel, to day to day staff management and guests. Should be an ambassador of the hotel. Provide leadership and strategic planning to all departments in support of our service culture, maximized operations and guest satisfaction. Work very closely with the hotel owners and other stake holders.

Job Requirements

• Relevant qualification in related field with experience in managing or re-positioning a hotel with clear track record
• At least 5 to 10 years’ experience as a General Manager
• The ability to multi task and be multi skilled through all related departments
• Knowledge of day-to-day financial operations of a hotel
• General accounts knowledge and knowledge of property management system
• Good communication skills, oral, verbal and written in English, Creole, French and Portuguese
• Professional, well presented and has high work standards and ethics
• Excellent inter-personal skills and is service orientated
