Job Description
The Group HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and compliance with labor laws. The role ensures that HR policies and practices align with the organization’s strategic objectives while fostering a positive workplace culture. Additionally, the Group HR Manager will play a key role in implementing and maintaining HR processes in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 quality management standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the hiring process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
- Ensure compliance with employment regulations and best practices.
- Serve as a key point of contact for employee concerns and conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and other regulations.
- Manage disciplinary actions, grievances, and terminations professionally.
- Implement and oversee performance appraisal systems.
- Identify training and development needs to enhance employee skills.
- Support leadership in succession planning and career development initiatives.
- Oversee payroll processing and employee benefits administration.
- Ensure market competitiveness by reviewing compensation structures.
- Manage leave entitlements and other employee benefits in accordance with company policies.
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in alignment with ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
- Ensure HR processes are documented and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conduct internal audits and support compliance with quality management standards.
- Assist in training employees on HR-related ISO procedures and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.
- Promote a healthy work environment and employee wellness programs.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data confidentiality.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics to support decision-making.

Job Requirements
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, and best practices.
- Experience using Human Resource Systems (HRS).
- CIPD membership is an advantage.
- Experience in ISO 9001:2015 quality management systems and HR process documentation is an advantage.
- Valid driving license class 2 is required.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential matters with integrity and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
