Job Description

Position Summary

Responsible for ensuring that guests have a memorable and pleasant experience during their stay or visit to the resort. Act as the primary point of contact for guests, assisting them with inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and addressing any issues or special requests that may arise. Enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty through personalized service and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and check-in guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer guests’ inquiries regarding services, amenities, and local area information.
  • Handle reservations, cancellations, and special requests with accuracy.
  • Ensure that all guest interactions are courteous, efficient, and personalized.
  • Address and resolve guest complaints, concerns, and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Coordinate with other departments (housekeeping, maintenance,) to resolve guest problems.
  • Proactively ensure that guest expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Conduct guest satisfaction surveys and gather feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Monitor guest feedback and take necessary actions to improve service quality.
  • Follow up with guests during their stay to ensure they are comfortable and satisfied.
  • Provide recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, events, and other activities.
  • Assist guests with booking tours, transportation, and other services as needed.
  • Ensure all guest requests are fulfilled promptly.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as managing guest records, maintaining logs, and handling payments.
  • Assist in managing guest accounts, including processing check-outs, billing, and payments.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • High attention to detail and customer service oriented.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Multitasking and organizational skills.
  • Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field is often preferred.
