Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Operations Manager to oversee the performance of three operational units across WASTEA and STAR Seychelles, ensuring efficient, safe and compliant delivery of municipal, commercial and industrial waste collection services.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and coordinating daily operations, supervising operational teams, monitoring service quality, ensuring compliance with service standard, and contractual obligations, while optimising the use of fleet, staff and equipment. The role requires strong leadership, operational planning ability and experience managing field-based teams.

Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Operations, Waste Management, Business Administration, logistics or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years supervisory experience in a related field
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple teams and operational priorities
- Experience in waste management or similar environment is an advantage
- Valid Driving licence
