Air Seychelles is in search of a Head of Revenue Management who will be accountable for Revenue Management department and will also manage, develop and mentor the team with particular focus on optimizing yield including pricing and inventory functions on international and domestic routes.
Job Description
A summary of your responsibilities will include but not necessarily limited to the following:
- Recommend, implement, monitor and evaluate strategies and tactics on the Revenue Management Systems and adjust as appropriate taking into consideration market/season/completion susceptibility.
- Perform ongoing analysis of the flight profiles and initiate proactive intervention of the booking class pattern when the situation dictates.
- Analyze historical trends/forecasts and recommend, implement, monitor and evaluate strategies for revenue maximization and for generation of incremental revenue.
- Conduct post flight analysis and implement corrective measures to maximize passenger revenue on future flights.
- Responsible for Group Management functions including analysis, pricing and evaluation of group requests within agreed SLA, and confirmation of space, with the inclusion of allotments, group series and ad hoc groups.
- Ensure the reservations system is current with correct information including flight schedules, charter operations, codeshare flights, airline fares, ancillary products and services, forms of payment and taxes.
- Responsible for pricing strategies and tactical activities in consultation with the airline’s online market sales; ensuring compatibility with the overall revenue management strategy and forward bookings targeted for the airline.

Our Preferred Profile
- Degree in Business Administration.
- Minimum 7 years relevant working experience with 5 years in a Senior management role.
- Proven knowledge of Revenue Management.
- Strong analytical skills
- A strong team player.
- Result-oriented, innovative and self-motivated.
- Must be able to cope in a demanding and highly energetic work environment.
- Highly computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Good interpersonal competencies – able to effectively communicate and interact with third parties and colleagues.
- Good planning, organizational and negotiating skills.
- High level of responsibility, honesty, integrity and flexibility.
