We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused HoReCa Representative to engage with our valued customers, manage relationships, and ensure timely delivery of goods.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, including hotels, restaurants, and catering businesses.
- Actively seek opportunities to grow the customer base by identifying new prospects and presenting APEX products and services.
Sales & Support:
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.
- Provide product information, handle inquiries, and address any concerns promptly.
- Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Delivery & Logistics:
- Deliver orders to customers efficiently and professionally, ensuring goods are in excellent condition upon arrival.
- Coordinate delivery schedules to meet customer expectations and maintain timely service.
- Manage and organize the loading and unloading of goods for delivery.
Market Insights:
- Gather feedback from customers to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for growth.
- Monitor competitors and market conditions to stay informed and proactive.
Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of sales, deliveries, and customer interactions.
- Provide regular updates to the sales manager on customer feedback and market developments.

Job Requirements
Qualifications and Experience
- Experience in sales or customer service, preferably within the HoReCa or food distribution industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and customer-focused attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Valid driver’s license and experience with delivery logistics.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Basic knowledge of food products and the hospitality industry is an advantage.
