The Attorney General Office, Department of Legal Affairs, is inviting suitably qualified Seychellois nationals to apply for a vacant post of State Counsel.
Post Title: Housekeeper (SB 1 Step 7)
Responsible to: Human Resource Budget Management Officer
Contract: HR, Administration and Finance

Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for floor care, performing various surface tasks, including vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, and of all office areas and pantry/canteen;
- Responsible for the cleaning of tables, chairs, shelves, pantry counters, carrying out tasks such as dusting, spraying, and cleaning;
- Responsible for removing trash in office areas and pantry/canteen;
- Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing of restrooms daily and conducting routine checks to maintain proper cleanliness of the area;
- Responsible for cleaning of doors, windows in offices, conference rooms, management offices, etc;
- Perform dusting, disinfecting, and polishing of surfaces and furniture as needed;
- May be required to stock pantry/canteen and conference room supplies as needed;
- Coordinate with the other house keepers to keep track of cleaning schedules;
- Implement a high standard of cleanliness in our office;
- Performing any other related office cleaning duties to promote a tidy environment for all.

Minimum Criteria
- Prior cleaning experience (highly preferred)
- A high standard for cleanliness
- Attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions
- Time-management skills
- Physical stamina
- Able to work on weekends when required
