Job Description
Paradise Heights Luxury Apartments is seeking a reliable, detail-focused Housekeeper to support guest changeovers and maintain our apartments and outdoor areas to a consistently high standard. This role is hands-on and operational, focused on cleaning, changeovers and ensuring guests have a pleasant stay.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete apartment changeovers between guests, ensuring each apartment is cleaned and prepared to a high standard.
- Clean and sanitise entire apartments including guest rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas.
- Clean apartments, change bed linen and towels during guest stays as required.
- Maintain a clean and tidy exterior, including sweeping and keeping the pool area clean and guest-ready.
- Restock guest supplies (toiletries, consumables, and cleaning products).
- Assist with laundry services as needed.
- Shop for welcome packs if required.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management.
- Use cleaning equipment safely and correctly; equipment will be provided.
- Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously.
Job Requirements
Experience & Requirements
- Previous experience in housekeeping within hospitality (hotel, serviced apartments, guesthouses, villas, or similar).
- Strong attention to detail and pride in high standards of cleanliness.
- Able to work independently, efficiently, and with minimal supervision.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Good communication skills and a professional, service-minded attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when required.
