Job Description

My duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Responsible in Cleaning, Preparing All area in the hotel/resort premises (guest villas, public area, offices, guest area, restaurants, public toilets, experience area, beaches etc.) based on daily work allocation.
  • Behave in an ecology friendly manner, help to reduce the amount of energy and cleaning supplies.
  • Used machines responsibly, (cleaning equipment’s, vacuum, water pressure machine, laundry machines, driving buggy – based on book of manual and sop).
  • Assist guests on every item request, with efficiency, fast and quick delivery.
  • Responsible for collecting soiled linen and replacing areas with processed linen. Taking care of towels and things and maintaining par level of it.
  • Ensure to report/return lost and found items to the Supervisor and complete required forms.
  • Clean all bathroom fixtures and fittings and replace bathroom supplies based on daily allocation.
  • Maintain a high standard of hygiene and sanitation throughout all areas.
  • Prepare all necessary report as per required of duty on the day, (daily report, inventory report, maintenance report etc.)
  • Upkeep Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation. My performance benchmarks are maintained and exceeded.
  • Return lost and found items to Housekeeping Office and complete required forms.
  • Maintain a high standard of personal appearance, grooming and hygiene.
  • Knowledge of all safety, security and emergency procedures related to my position in line with brand and statutory requirements.
  • Ensure the privacy of guests, partners and residential owners, I will apply an extra level of protection to any sensitive personal data and use confidential information only to perform my job.
  • Ensure all equipment of the department is kept clean and in good working condition.
  • Attend meetings and training as required.
  • Strictly adhere to LQA standards and guest comments.
  • Perform any additional tasks given to me by supervisor/management.

Job Requirements

To successfully execute the responsibilities of this role, candidates must demonstrate the necessary qualifications, technical expertise, and proven experience in luxury hospitality environments. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • An Advance General Certificate in Hospitality or equivalent
  • More than five years’ experience in a similar operational role within a luxury hotel setting.
  • A track record of delivering results and maintaining high standards of service.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
