Supports the Housekeeping Manager in overseeing daily housekeeping operations, including villa cleanliness, public areas, and laundry services. Supervises and trains staff, conducts inspections, coordinates work schedules, monitors inventory, and ensures high standards of hygiene, presentation, and service excellence. Ensures all villas and common areas are maintained to luxury hospitality standards, contributing to exceptional guest satisfaction.
