Job Description
Job Summary
Provide support to the HR & Administration team in all aspects of the work of Human Resources and Administration.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Assist in Processing of Gainful Occupation Permits
- Handle employee onboarding and orientation processes
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Assist in employee relations matters and conflict resolution
- Support HR Manager in implementing HR policies and procedures

Job Requirements
Qualifications
- At least School Leaving Standard of Education.
- Must be able to read, write and understand English to a fair degree.
Experience
- Assist in recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Processing of Gainful Occupation Permits
- Handle employee onboarding and orientation processes
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Assist in employee relations matters and conflict resolution
- Support HR Manager in implementing HR policies and procedures
- Coordinate employee training and development initiative
Other Skills & Requirements
- Healthy individual without recurring ailments needing constant sick leave.
- Energetic, self-motivated, plenty of initiative and very well organized.
- Pleasant personality with good communication skills.
- Must be able to handle difficult staff and must work well under pressure.
- Must be able to understand and handle constructive criticism.
- Must have clean and healthy habits.
