Job Description

Job Summary

Provide support to the HR & Administration team in all aspects of the work of Human Resources and Administration.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
  • Assist in Processing of Gainful Occupation Permits
  • Handle employee onboarding and orientation processes
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases
  • Assist in employee relations matters and conflict resolution
  • Support HR Manager in implementing HR policies and procedures

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • At least School Leaving Standard of Education.
  • Must be able to read, write and understand English to a fair degree.

Experience

  • Assist in recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
  • Processing of Gainful Occupation Permits
  • Handle employee onboarding and orientation processes
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases
  • Assist in employee relations matters and conflict resolution
  • Support HR Manager in implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Coordinate employee training and development initiative

 Other Skills & Requirements

  • Healthy individual without recurring ailments needing constant sick leave.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, plenty of initiative and very well organized.
  • Pleasant personality with good communication skills.
  • Must be able to handle difficult staff and must work well under pressure.
  • Must be able to understand and handle constructive criticism.
  • Must have clean and healthy habits.
