Job Description

Are you an experienced HR Manager looking for a new challenge?

HFC is seeking a dynamic and results-driven HR Manager to join its team.

Do you have a proven track record of success in managing HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management?

If yes, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing every aspect of the employment process.
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain top talent and support the company’s overall business objectives
  • Lead and manage the performance management process, including performance evaluations, and career development planning.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues.
  • Ensure compliance with all local employment laws and regulations, and maintain accurate and up-to-date HR policies and procedures.
  • See to the employment needs and career progression of staff and Coordinate formal training opportunities and facilitate on-the-job training for staff;
  • Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives that promote a positive and productive work environment.

Main responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
  • Conduct employee relations activities
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues

Benefits

Salary will depend on qualifications and experience.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Human Resource Management; plus, Experience: two year post qualifying experience.

Or

  • Degree in Human Resource, Business or Public Administration, plus, Experience: a minimum of four years post qualifying experience.
