Job Description
Reporting to: The head of the establishment
Functional management: Supervises the technical team
Main Mission
The HR Manager is responsible for managing administrative and educational staff, monitoring legal and social obligations, and developing team skills. They play a strategic role in human resources management, working closely with the school’s management team.
Administrative management
- Oversee employment contracts and employee administrative files
- Ensure management of payroll and social declarations in compliance with local regulations
- Ensure the application of labor law and collective agreements applicable to the establishment
- Recruitment and integration
- Organize the recruitment of teachers and administrative staff (definition of needs, drafting announcements, organization of interviews)
- Implement a welcome and integration process for new employees
- Propose strategies to strengthen talent retention and reduce turnover
Skills development and training
- Propose and implement the employee training plan
- Ensure career management and professional development of educational and administrative staff
- Organize and participate in the continuing training unit and implement the training plan of the cell
Social relations and well-being at work
- Be a driving force for improving the school climate in collaboration with the various departments
- Implement tools promoting the quality of social dialogue and team cohesion
- Contribute to the prevention and resolution of tensions related to management, in particular through mediation actions when relevant.
- Implement well-being and working conditions improvement initiatives
Supervision of technical agents and general services
- Supervise maintenance, upkeep and security teams
- Contribute to the logistical planning of school events
- Supervise technical and maintenance staff
- Participate in the planning and monitoring of work, preventive maintenance and interventions urgent
Specific missions assigned by management
- Perform additional tasks assigned by management related to human resource management
- Provide strategic and organizational support to management based on the needs of the establishment
- Participate in institutional projects and initiatives to improve the HR framework

Job Requirements
Required Profile
- Diploma in Human Resources, Social Law or Management (Bachelor’s degree)
- Minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience in human resources management, ideally in a educational establishment
- Good knowledge of labor law and applicable local regulations
- Mastery of HR tools and software
- Strong sense of ethics and commitment to data confidentiality
- Excellent interpersonal skills, diplomacy and listening skills
- Organization, rigor and ability to manage several projects simultaneously
