Island Conservation Society has the above position for a reliable, self-motivated and dynamic person to engage in a challenging career within an environmental conservation organization
The Human Resource Manager plans, directs, and coordinates functions related to the organization’s employees. This includes developing, implementing, and maintaining human resources policies, procedures, and forms; assist and support management regarding personnel issues; and maintain personnel records in accordance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
Remuneration: Commensurate with qualifications and experience.
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or Organization Development. Minimum 3 years relevant experience in human resource and management.
Knowledge in Hiring, Human Resources Management, Performance Management, Communication Processes, Compensation and Wage Structure, Supports Diversity, Classifying Employees, National Laws. Must be a team player with good supervisory, administrative and communication skills.
