Job Requirements
Experience & Qualification
- Diploma in Human Resources Management
- Minimum 2 – 3 years working experience based on a remote island.
This position requires an understanding of the complexities of living and working on a remote island. Experience in remote locations is highly desirable to handle unique challenges like geographical isolation, adapting HR policies to the local context, and understanding the cultural and social dynamics of an island-based workforce.
