We are  seeking for an experienced and passionate professional to lead the  HR function and support the vibrant hospitality team in the above position. 

A strategic and forward-thinking Human Resources Manager who can foster a positive, high-performing workplace culture while ensuring full compliance across all HR functions.

Job Description

Summary of the Main Duties and Responsibilities.

  • Implement and refine HR policies and best practices across departments.
  • Lead and oversee the comprehensive talent acquisition process, ensuring alignment with workforce planning and hotel needs.
  • Oversee employee engagement, development programs, and performance reviews.
  • Ensure labour laws compliance and represent the hotel in government and legal matters.
  • Supervise payroll accuracy and employee movement authorizations.
  • Drive HR analytics, budgeting, and strategic planning.
  • Be a trusted advisor to management on all HR and organizational matters.

Qualification

Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or similar.

Experience

Five to eight  years of progressive HR experience including at least two  or more  years in a leadership role.

  • Personable, approachable and an inspiring communicator.

  • Well-groomed, energetic and professional appearance.
