A strategic and forward-thinking Human Resources Manager who can foster a positive, high-performing workplace culture while ensuring full compliance across all HR functions.
Job Description
Summary of the Main Duties and Responsibilities.
- Implement and refine HR policies and best practices across departments.
- Lead and oversee the comprehensive talent acquisition process, ensuring alignment with workforce planning and hotel needs.
- Oversee employee engagement, development programs, and performance reviews.
- Ensure labour laws compliance and represent the hotel in government and legal matters.
- Supervise payroll accuracy and employee movement authorizations.
- Drive HR analytics, budgeting, and strategic planning.
- Be a trusted advisor to management on all HR and organizational matters.

Job Requirements
Qualification
Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or similar.
Experience
Five to eight years of progressive HR experience including at least two or more years in a leadership role.
