Information Exchange Officer
Job Description
The Information Exchange Officer is responsible for the exchange of information with domestic and international counterparts, including receiving and responding to requests for information, gathering and assessing relevant information and preparing responses in accordance with applicable Anti-Money Laundering, Countering the Financing of Terrorism and Proliferation Financing (AML/CFT/CPF) obligations, relevant legislations, international agreements, and established procedures. The role involves searching FIU databases and other available sources and making enquiries to relevant authorities where necessary to obtain the required information. An Information Exchange Officer also conducts due diligence and background checks on individuals and entities at the request of government entities and competent authorities, maintains accurate records and statistics, and ensures the confidentiality and security of
sensitive information handled by the FIU.

Job Requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
- Diploma in Business Studies and Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- AML/CFT/CPF or Compliance qualifications would be an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
