Job Requirements
Qualification & Experience
- Degree in Telecommunications, IT or relevant field
- Fluency English & French (spoken/written)
Skills & Competencies
- SS7/Diameter/CAMEL & Mobile Network (GSM/GPRS)
- 3GPP Credit Control Application
- MS SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle and conversant with SQL query
- At least 2 years hand-on experience in the same field
- Strong sense of responsibility, urgency, initiative and commitment.
- Dynamic, honest and willing to work in a dynamic and pressured environment
- Flexible to work odd hours/attend to call-outs
Desirable
- Working experience in a mobile service and application environment
- Familiar with IN/OCS functionality
- Cross knowledge in both Telecom & IT
- Knowledge of basic IP routing and scripting
- Good interpersonal skills
