Installation of Euro Guard Fencing and Construction of Security Hub at Ile Eve – Baie Ste Anne Praslin
SOURCE OF FINANCE: Government of Seychelles
ELIGIBILITY: The following are eligible to tender on equal terms. All Contractors Class 2 & 3 only registered and licensed to operate in Seychelles.
PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: Baie Ste Anne Praslin – Ile Eve Seychelles Public Transport Corporation (SPTC) Bus Depot
PERFORMANCE PERIOD: Twenty-Four (24) weeks
ACCESS TO TENDER DOSSIER: The Tender Dossiers can be obtained from the SPTC Head Office, Account Section, English River at the Bus Terminal (Mahe) and on (Praslin) at the SPTC Office located at Amitie as of Monday 15th April 2024 from 9.00am to 12.00 pm and 1.00pm to 3.00pm upon payment of a non-refundable fee of SR 250.00 each. The deadline date for obtaining the dossier shall be Friday 19th April 2024 not later than 3.00 pm.
Potential Bidders shall provide a copy of the valid license and a copy of the Tax Clearance Certificate for the Financial Year 2024 upon purchase of the tender dossier. Potential Bidder shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.
PRE–BID MEETING / SITE VISIT: A mandatory site information meeting/site visit has been organized on Tuesday 23th April 2024 at 10.00 am and the meeting place will be at Ile Eve SPTC Bus Depot – Baie-Ste Anne Praslin.
Failure to attend the site information meeting /site visit will result in the disqualification of the bidder during the Evaluation process.
SUBMISSION OF TENDERS:
TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED, “INSTALLATION OF EURO GUARD FENCING AND CONSTRUCTION OF SECURITY KIOSK AT ILE EVE – BAIE STE ANNE PRASLIN.”AND DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD SECRETARIAT (NTB) 1ST FLOOR, MAISON DE MAHE, VICTORIA AND ON PRASLIN GRAND ANSE COMMITTEE CENTRE BEFORE 10.00AM ON WEDNESDAY 08TH MAY, 2024.
TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 10.00AM.
BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION
ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER.
