INVITATION FOR APPLICATION FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION FOR THE RECRUITMENT OF A SEAGRASS CONSERVATION EXPERT TO SUPPORT THE MANAGEMENT OF ANSE VOLBERT SEAGRASS BEDS, COTE D’OR, PRASLIN.
In accordance with Regulations 41 to 45 of the Public Procurement Regulations 2014, The Ministry of Agriculture, Climate Change and Energy (MACCE) has received financing from the Agence Française de Développement (AFD) and the Fonds Français pour l’Environnement Mondial (FFEM) towards the cost of the RECOS project entitled Building Resilience of the Coastal Ecosystem at Cote D’Or, Praslin.
The Ministry is inviting registered individual consultant or consultancy firm who are interested to provide consultancy services for “A SEAGRASS CONSERVATION EXPERT TO SUPPORT THE MANAGEMENT OF ANSE VOLBERT SEAGRASS BEDS, COTE D’OR, PRASLIN.” to collect and subsequently submit the duly completed Application Form for pre-qualification. More details on the Services are provided in the Terms of Reference (TOR).
The purpose of this exercise is to create a database of shortlisted local consultant i.e. individual or consultancy firm, who would be available to provide the above-mentioned Consultancy Services.
This would facilitate the selection and/or eligibility of those individual consultant or consultancy firm to provide such consultancy services at the required standards.
The Term of Reference and the Application Forms can be collected by hard copies or request by email from the address below as from; 26th JUNE 2025 until 4th JULY 2025.

The interested consultant /consultancy firm must submit their duly filled forms and accompanying documents in a sealed envelope hand delivered or forwarded through email as per the particulars above by; 16TH JULY 2025.
