SOURCE OF FINANCE: Government budget
Project Title: Procurement of One (1) Car for the Seychelles Planning Authority
Eligibility: The following are eligible to tender on equal terms. All licensed Motor Vehicle dealers operating in Seychelles.
Subject: vehicle to be used for administrative duties
Period of Delivery: Four (4) Months
Access to tender Dossier: The tender Dossiers can be obtained at the Seychelles Planning Authority, Independence House Annex Building, First Floor, CEO’s Secretariat as from Monday 5th October 2026 between 9.00am to Noon.
Closing date for Dossier: The closing date for obtaining the tender dossier is Friday 9th October at 10:00am.

Submission of Tenders
TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARIAT BY ACCESSING THE PORTAL https://www.ntb.sc/tenders/spa-procurement-of-one-1-car, WHICH CAN BE FOUND ON THE NTB’s WEBSITE NOT LATER THAN 11:00AM (SEYCHELLES TIME) ON THURSDAY 15TH OCTOBER, 2026 AT 11:00AM. THE BIDDER ARE REQUEST TO CLEARLY STATE THE PROJECT TITLE “PROCUREMENT OF ONE CAR” IN THE EMAIL SUBJECT.
TENDER WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 1000HRS (SEYCHELLES TIME) AT THE VENUE MENTIONED ABOVE. BIDDERS AND THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND.
ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. BIDDERS CAB BID FOR ANY OR BOTH LOTS.
