Job Description
- Responsible for the installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of computers, network systems, internet and other IT equipment on the property.
- Maintain and support computers, printers, telephones and other IT equipment.
- Monitor and troubleshoot internet and network connections.
- Assist staff with IT-related issues and provide technical support.
- Install and update software, applications and computer systems.
- Maintain IT records, equipment inventory and maintenance logs.
- Assist with data backup, system security and user access.
- Report any major IT issues and coordinate with external IT service providers when required.
Job Role
To provide scheduled, reactive and preventative IT support and maintenance to ensure the smooth operation of the property’s computer, network and IT systems.
Location
Anonyme Island, East coast of Mahe, opposite to the Seychelles International Airport.
Working Hours
8.00am to 5.00pm (inclusive of One hour lunch + Fifteen minutes break time)
Job Type
Full Time Contract, Six days a week – alternate Saturday

Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the same position.
