Job Description
We are seeking a Junior Dealer to join our team in Seychelles. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work across multiple Securities Dealer Licensees (SDLs), contributing to the dynamic world of financial markets. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience and foundational skills, equipping the candidate for future responsibilities in senior management and leadership positions. You will gain practical exposure in managing day-to-day operations and develop the necessary skills to oversee key organizational functions, making this an ideal stepping stone for a future key position.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the dealing team in the execution and monitoring of trades across several SDLs.
- Track financial market movements and provide timely trade execution.
- Maintain trading logs, records, and prepare periodic trade reports.
- Collaborate with compliance teams to ensure all trades meet regulatory standards.
- Support risk management efforts by monitoring trading activities and adhering to pre-set limits.
- Assist in the implementation and analysis of trading strategies.
- Support management by performing additional tasks and responsibilities that contribute to the company’s overall efficiency.

Job Requirements
Experience:
- A minimum of 1 year in a similar role within the Financial or Forex industry is preferred, but candidates without prior experience are also encouraged to apply.
 Education:
- A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of trading and securities markets, with a willingness to learn.
 Skills and Competencies:
- Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
- Capable of working collaboratively in a team environment while also excelling independently.
- Skilled at prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with trading software is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
