Reports to: Procurement and Logistics Manager

Job Description

• Procurement
  • Vendor communication, negotiations & processing documentation for requirements within operations in line with procurement & logistics operations.
  • Obtaining best market options for requirements through communication with vendors, negotiations & analysis preparation, processing of PO’s (Subject to Training & Proof of Capability) subject to peer review and approval.
  • Assisting the procurement & logistics operations in maintaining stock levels for operations, coordinating with stores department.
• Vendor Management
  • Registration & Management of vendor database and relevant standard practices coordination within procurement & logistics operations & directives.
• Sourcing
  • Exploration of local/International markets in identifying vendors and products to facilitate procurement activities and requirements of Intelvision with direction from the Manager & Officer – Procurement & Logistics.
• Logistics Functionalities
  • Coordinating In-bound & Outbound Logistics operations with the Senior Officer/Officer – Procurement & Logistics.
  • Coordinating documentation flow with the Manager, Senior Officer & Officer – Procurement & Logistics for clearance completion.
• Vehicle Fleet – Fuel
  • Documentation & Report management in coordination with Manager, Senior Officer & Officer – Procurement & Logistics when required & delegated

Job Requirements

Experience

• 1 Year experience within a business environment preferred but not mandatory
• High Level Proficiency in M/S Office applications and adaptability to new software
• Proficiency in English & Creole Communication (Written & Spoken)
• Work Accuracy & Time Management
• Knowledge of local & international markets – Preferred
