Job Description

We’re looking for someone who’s sharp, organised, and comfortable navigating the world of compliance and client onboarding. If enjoy bringing order to complexity, keeping clients happy, and staying one step ahead of regulatory changes, then you’ll fit right in!

Reporting to our Compliance Officer, you will:

• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement across departments.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal obligations, including FSA requirements.
• Monitor and interpret regulatory changes, updating internal procedures as needed.
• Work closely with Compliance to maintain accurate and up-to-date client documentation.
• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients, including KYC and risk assessments.
• Deliver professional, timely support to clients and resolve queries efficiently.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure they understand the services offered.
• Monitor client activity for alignment with their investment profile and risk level.
• Identify and escalate suspicious activity in line with AML procedures.
• Process account amendments and manage account terminations in accordance with regulations.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure secure handling of client data.
• Support audit readiness and meet regulatory reporting obligations.

• Professional qualification (eg.CISI qualification) and or/Degree
• Minimum of 2 years proven experience in a KYC role
• A solid understanding of regulatory compliance frameworks, particularly within the Forex or broader financial services industry.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, colleagues, and regulatory bodies, both verbally and in writing.
