Do you have a green thumb and a passion for creating and maintaining beautiful landscapes? Canopy by Hilton Seychelles is hiring 10 Landscaping Attendants to join our team and help preserve the natural beauty of our eco-conscious hotel.
Position Overview
As a Landscaping Attendant, you will play an essential role in maintaining our lush gardens and outdoor spaces. Your work will ensure our guests enjoy a serene and picturesque environment that reflects the natural beauty of Seychelles while supporting Canopy’s sustainability mission.
What You’ll Do
- Perform daily landscaping tasks such as planting, watering, weeding, pruning, and lawn care.
- Maintain and clean pathways, garden areas, and other outdoor spaces.
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of irrigation systems.
- Handle tools and equipment responsibly to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Support seasonal planting and landscaping projects as directed by the Landscaping Supervisor.
- Follow eco-friendly practices, including composting and waste management.
- Respond to guest inquiries with a friendly and helpful attitude, reflecting Canopy’s service standards.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in landscaping, gardening, or groundskeeping is a plus, but not required.
- Basic knowledge of plants, gardening tools, and maintenance techniques.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to follow instructions and collaborate with a team.
- Commitment to safety and environmental sustainability.
