If so, we are looking for a Landscaping Attendant – Irrigation Specialist to join Canopy by Hilton Seychelles and keep our tropical paradise thriving!
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, inspect, and maintain irrigation systems, ensuring efficient water distribution.
- Monitor water usage and adjust irrigation schedules based on weather conditions and plant needs.
- Troubleshoot and repair irrigation equipment, including pipes, valves, sprinklers, and pumps.
- Ensure proper drainage to prevent waterlogging and erosion.
- Work closely with the Landscaping Supervisor to implement water conservation practices.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of irrigation filters, emitters, and controllers.
- Maintain records of repairs, adjustments, and water usage.
- Follow health and safety regulations to ensure safe operation of irrigation systems.

Job Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in landscaping, irrigation systems, or groundskeeping.
- Strong knowledge of irrigation installation, repair, and water conservation techniques.
- Ability to troubleshoot and fix irrigation-related issues efficiently.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to landscape maintenance.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
