Are you passionate about nature and creating beautiful outdoor spaces? Do you have experience in landscaping and supervising a team? If so, we are looking for a Landscaping Supervisor to join Canopy by Hilton Seychelles and help maintain our lush, tropical surroundings.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the maintenance and development of gardens, lawns, trees, and outdoor spaces.
- Supervise and guide the landscaping team to ensure high-quality upkeep of the resort’s grounds.
- Plan and implement landscaping projects, including planting, irrigation, and garden enhancements.
- Monitor plant health, soil conditions, and pest control measures.
- Ensure all landscaping tools and equipment are properly maintained.
- Work closely with the Engineering and Housekeeping teams to ensure a well-presented and sustainable environment.
- Implement eco-friendly landscaping practices in line with the resort’s sustainability goals.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed by the landscaping team.

Job Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in landscaping, gardening, or groundskeeping, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
- Strong knowledge of tropical plants, irrigation systems, and sustainable landscaping techniques.
- Leadership skills with experience in supervising a team.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating beautiful, well-maintained outdoor spaces.
- Basic knowledge of fertilizers, pest control, and irrigation systems.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
