Job Description

Job Summary

Organise and coordinate office operations, procedures and resources to facilitate organizational effectiveness and efficiency on a daily basis and ensure timely and accurate delivery of work, proper billing and collections.

Ensuring high level of technical knowledge of the regulatory framework with regular updates on trends to ensure compliance, mitigate risk and create solutions for clients.

Enforce adherence to legal requirements and in-house policies and procedures to maintain discipline and ethical behaviour.  Ensuring comprehensive and effective reporting to the Management

  1. Managing a portfolio of clients
  2. Keeping updated on all changes in law; write ups, blogs, etc
  3. Reviewing policies, procedures and processes
  4. Ensuring statutory and other compliances are met
  5. Time to time liaison with the regulatory and other authorities
  6. Liaising with other bodies to ensure work is done
  7. Maintain statutory records

Knowledge

  1. Knowledge of law, compliance
  2. Meticulous with documentation
  3. Experience of 2 -3 years in the role

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of law, ability to read law
  • Meticulous, eye for detail
  • Ability to follow through and close open items

Working Relationships

Maintains close and collaborate working relationships with Managers
