CALL FOR APPLICATIONS: LEGAL REPRESENTATION OF THE CONSTITUTIONAL APPOINTMENTS AUTHORITY (CAA)
The Constitutional Appointments Authority (CAA) has been served with a petition by the President of the Republic of Seychelles, requiring the Authority to appear before the Constitutional Court of Seychelles.
In view of these proceedings, the CAA invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced legal practitioners to provide legal representation and defend the Authority in the matter before the Constitutional Court of Seychelles.
Requirements
Interested applicants must possess extensive knowledge of, the Constitution of the Republic of Seychelles, as well as relevant experience in constitutional law and litigation.
The successful applicant will be expected to represent and defend the CAA throughout all aspects of the proceedings before the Constitutional Court of Seychelles.
