Gran Kaz Entertainment is looking for a LOYALTY PROGRAM EXECUTIVE to join its dynamic team.

We are looking for an energetic and customer focused Loyalty Program Executive to manage our loyalty program and build strong relationships with our valued clients.

Job Description

Purpose of the Job: Develop, manage and improve customer loyalty initiatives that encourage repeat business, increase customer retention and strengthen long term relationships between customers and the company.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute the day-to-day operations of the loyalty program
• Acquire, build and retain relationship with high value customers
• Identify strategies to grow the loyalty program in line with Company’s strategy
• Analyse customer data and prepare performance reports
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful program delivery
• Respond to member inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Support the planning and execution of promotional events and loyalty initiatives

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration or a related field
• A minimum of 2 years work experience in customer loyalty, marketing, customer relationship management, marketing, hospitality or a similar role
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• Customer focused with a passion for delivering great service
• Strong organisation and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Results driven
• Personable must be able to work with people from diverse backgrounds
• Must be flexible in working hours, expected to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
