Job Description

We are currently hiring a Manager Customer Services who will be responsible to lead the Customer Service teams and to manage the operation of all Centres (Mahe, Praslin and La Digue) and Call Centre; ensuring that the services provided to customers through a dedicated team is timely, effective and meets customers’ needs and business objectives. The ideal candidate must be dynamic, enthusiastic, energetic with a passion to serve customers and lead a team of employees.

Must have ability to monitor performance of the centres and staff, then initiate appropriate actions to achieve targets and assessing the impact of such actions. The person will supervise cash collection, reconciliation and banking processes for cash collected in the centres to ensure overall conformity with FCT processes and financial procedures. You must supervise closely the query management process to ensure that all customers queries/complaints are properly investigated and dealt with within the timeframe as per the current query management process.

Job Requirements

Qualification and Experience

  • Degree level of education or HND preferably in Management or certified training in Service Management
  • At least 5 years’ experience at a management Level in a Customer Service environment.
  • At least 10 years’ experience at supervisory level in customer service environment.

  • Strong individual commitment to customer service excellence.
  • Good people management skills with ability to influence and motivate.
  • Well-developed communication skills, both oral and written
  • Fluency in English & French language
  • Well-developed management and organizational skills.
  • Well-developed coaching, training and mentoring abilities.

  • Report writing skills
  • Ability to supervise staff and maintain discipline
  • Pleasant personality & can relate well to customer issues.
  • Good work ethics
  • Positive attitude
  • Class 2 driving licence


  • Good experience in the telecommunications industry
