Gran Kaz Entertainment is looking for a MARKETING COORDINATOR to join its dynamic team.

Responsible for supporting the support the planning and execution of dynamic marketing campaigns, promotions, events, customer loyalty initiatives, and digital marketing activities. The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with internal departments, external suppliers, media partners, and sponsors to ensure marketing activities are delivered effectively, within established timeframes and budgets

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Assist with customer loyalty programme communications and initiatives.
• Asssit with content strategies for digital media platforms and channels.
• Coordinate and assist with events, sponsorships, and customer engagement activities.
• Liaise with suppliers, media partners, agencies, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
• Maintain marketing materials, databases, and administrative records.
• Ensure consistent brand visibility across all marketing activities

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Skills

• High school dipolma or equivalent is essential.
• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is an added advantage.
• Drivers license class 2
• Minimum 1 years’ work experience in a marketing, communications, events, hospitality or similar role.
• Good command of English and Creole.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital media platforms.
• Excellent organisational and project coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented approach to work
